We Respect Your Neighborhood
Before every flight, we take proactive steps to notify nearby residents when appropriate. This may include posted notices, emails, or brief conversations — clearly explaining who we are, the purpose and duration of the flight, and our commitment to minimal disruption. Our goal is to address questions or concerns upfront, reduce any anxiety, and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times. Being a good neighbor is part of every job we do.
We Protect Local Wildlife Responsibly
We are also deeply aware of local wildlife that can be affected by drones. We are more vigilant during the Bay Area’s bird nesting season and the behavior of raptor birds as well as rookeries (communal nesting colonies of herons, egrets, and similar birds).
Bay Area Nesting Season Awareness
The typical bird nesting season in the Bay Area runs from February 1 through August 31, with some raptors and rookery species showing activity as early as mid-January. We monitor local conditions and adjust flight plans to minimize any potential disturbance to protected native birds and their nesting sites.
Common Protected Raptor Species
We pay special attention to raptors protected under California Fish and Game Code and the federal Migratory Bird Treaty Act, including:
• Red-tailed Hawks
• Red-shouldered Hawks
• Cooper’s Hawks
• Great Horned Owls
(plus occasional other local birds of prey).
Proven Mitigation Plan
If a bird ever appears disturbed or agitated — whether by approaching too closely or showing defensive behavior — our experienced pilots follow a reliable, time-tested protocol: we immediately let the drone hover steadily in place. This calm, non-threatening posture almost always causes the bird to quickly lose interest and return to normal activity, ensuring safety for wildlife while keeping your project on track.

Ground-based assessments can miss critical issues high in the canopy or on difficult-to-reach branches. Our drone aerial views complement ground level arborist evaluations, providing a complete picture of tree health and structure.
- Elevated views of canopies, branch unions, deadwood, cracks, cavities, fungal growth and dieback
- High-resolution photos and videos for precise analysis
- Professional reports highlighting visible risks and mitigation recommendations
Hazard and risk evaluations, disease/pest spotting, maintenance planning, real estate due diligence.
Safer inspections (no unnecessary climbing), early detection of hidden problems, better decision-making, and reduced liability for property owners and managers.

At RaqKam Drone Service LLC, we provide safe, efficient, and high-resolution aerial solutions for property owners, insurers, managers, arborists, and real estate professionals.
Traditional roof inspections often involve safety risks, time-consuming ladder work, and limited access. We eliminate those challenges with professional drone flights that capture every detail from above.
- Clear documentation of missing or damaged shingles, cracked flashing, clogged gutters, ponding water, sagging, chimney/vent issues, and debris buildup
- High-resolution photos and videos for easy review
Insurance claims, maintenance planning, repair quotes, and workmanship verification after roofing projects.
Faster inspections, zero fall risks, detailed visual evidence, and significant time/cost savings compared to traditional methods.
Since 2019, I've earned and maintained an arborist certification. You’ll get expert diagnosis and thoughtful inspections that keep your trees healthy while protecting your property. You can feel confident knowing your trees are in good hands. Without certification, many tree service providers may lack proper training and may recommend unnecessary or harmful work that can damage your trees or put your property at risk. I’m committed to doing the job right so your trees can thrive for years to come.
Since 2022, I've been qualified by the ISA to asses tree risk. As someone certified in Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ), I can identify potential hazards before they become costly or dangerous problems, helping you protect your property, improve tree health, and make informed decisions. This not only enhances safety but can also save you money in the long run by preventing unnecessary removals or damage.
The FAA requires that all drone pilots operating for commercial purposes hold a valid Remote Pilot Certificate under Part 107. Exercise caution when engaging any drone operator who is not Part 107 licensed, as doing so may expose you to unnecessary risk and potential liability.
Flying highly advanced drones around high-value assets presents certain risks. Our operations use DJI Mini 3 and Air 3S models. To protect your interests, we maintain a $1 million commercial liability policy via Skywatch.AI. Please be cautious about engaging uninsured drone service providers, as this could unnecessarily expose you and your assets to risk.
