I'm a bay area native raised in Richmond, California, where a deep connection to community and the natural environment took root early on. I have over 20 yrs in the landscape and horticulture industry, my career has been shaped by hands-on fieldwork, problem-solving, and a genuine respect for the role trees and landscapes play in our daily lives.
Over the last eight years, I worked as a consulting utility arborist throughout the bay area, gaining extensive experience assessing tree risk, infrastructure clearance, and safety compliance. As a Certified Arborist with Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (T.R.A.Q.) and FAA Part 107–certified drone pilot, I started RaqKam Drone Service LLC to combine arboricultural expertise with modern aerial technology—providing safer, more efficient, and more informative inspections for trees, roofs, and properties.
Outside of my professional work, I stay grounded—literally. I enjoy tending to my edible garden, camping and spending time with my family and friends.
I bring over 30 yrs of experience working in administrative and clerical roles within local hospitals. Throughout my career, I developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, and service—skills that are essential in fast-paced, detail-driven environments.
I'm naturally outgoing, personable, enjoy connecting with people, making clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their experience with RaqKam Drone Service LLC. As co-owner, my primary responsibilities include administrative operations, customer service, scheduling, and client communication to ensure projects run smoothly from first contact through completion.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, traveling, camping, and hiking, reflecting a shared appreciation for the outdoors. I'm currently pursuing my FAA Part 107 remote pilots license through Las Positas College, expanding my technical knowledge and role within the company.

Since 2022, I've been qualified by the ISA to access tree risk around homes, utility lines and equipment. As someone certified in Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ), I can identify potential hazards before they become costly or dangerous problems, helping you protect your property, improve tree health, and make informed decisions. This not only enhances safety but can also save you money in the long run by preventing unnecessary removals or damage.
The FAA requires that all drone pilots operating for commercial purposes hold a valid Remote Pilot Certificate under Part 107. Exercise caution when engaging any drone operator who is not Part 107 licensed, as doing so may expose you to unnecessary risk and potential liability.
Flying highly advanced drones around high-value assets presents certain risks. Our operations use DJI Mini 3 and Air 3S models. Please be cautious about engaging uninsured or underinsured drone service providers, as this could unnecessarily expose you and your assets to risk.
